Bread course: our own Bread
with Lardo and Appledore Leaves
Wild Duck and Beetroot Soup
served with Sour Cream
with Pickled Elderberries, Croutons and Wild Horseradish
Spiced Pigeon Breast
with Sharp Foam and Crispy Leeks
with smooth Scrambled Egg, Sweetcorn, and Parmesan
Roast Breast of Wild Goose
with Chestnut and Swede
This tasting menu is not suitable to those with dietary constraints.
During the rest of the festival week there will be a variety of dishes on the a la carte menu containing wild rabbit, venison and wild pigeon. Also appearing will be wild local mushrooms and blackberries.
