Spice-crusted Pigeon Breast
served with a Port Reduction
served with Morghew Estate Blue Potatoes
Juniper-smoked Loin of Venison
Lemon & Basil Tart
This tasting menu is not suitable to those with dietary constraints.
During the rest of the festival week there will be a variety of dishes on the a la carte menu containing wild rabbit, venison and wild pigeon. Also appearing will be wild local mushrooms and blackberries.
